How to Delete Your Data

You can request deletion of your data from CreatorOS in several ways:

Method 1: Through Connected Platforms

If you connected your account via TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube, you can request data deletion directly from those platforms:
  • TikTok: Go to your TikTok account settings → Privacy → Data and Privacy → Request Data Deletion
  • Instagram: Go to Settings → Security → Apps and Websites → Remove access
  • YouTube: Go to Google Account → Security → Third-party apps with account access → Remove access
When you revoke access or request deletion from these platforms, they will automatically notify CreatorOS to delete your data.

Method 2: Direct Request via Email

Send an email to support@creatoros.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include:
  • Your account email address or username
  • Confirmation that you want to delete all your data
  • Any connected platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube)
We will process your request within 30 days and confirm deletion via email.

What Data Will Be Deleted?

When you request data deletion, we will permanently remove:
  • Your account information and profile data
  • All analytics data and metrics
  • Connected platform access tokens and credentials
  • Content planner tasks and scheduled posts
  • Sponsor management data
  • Any cached content or media
Note: Some data may be retained for legal or security purposes as required by law, but will not be used for any other purpose.
Important: Data deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Once your data is deleted, you will need to create a new account and reconnect your platforms if you wish to use CreatorOS again.
